Nina’s Brown Bottoms

Chocolate Mix

1 egg 8 oz cream cheese 1/3 cup sugar

Cream

Add 1 cup chocolate chips

Cheese Mix

1 1/2 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup water

1/3 cup oil

1 tbs vinegar

1 tsp vanilla

Mix by hand

36 paper cups

It will be lumpy – Line mini cupcake tins with paper – Put in 1 tbs chocolate mix – top with 1 tsp cheese mix.

Bake 350 for 15 – 20 minutes

Makes 3 dozen
